This policy brief, completed for the Land Use and Environmental Modeling course (CPLN 6750 / MUSA 6750), proposes the establishment of a Flood Inundation Modeling & Planning Center (FIMPC) in Miami Beach to mitigate the impacts of flooding through advanced planning, modeling, and community engagement.

Statistical Writing: OLS Regression Analysis of Home Values in Philadelphia

This statistical writing sample, completed for an assignment in the Quantitative Methods course, presents an Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression analysis investigating the variation in median home sales prices for Census block groups in Philadelphia. The analysis examines the correlation between median home values and predictive variables such as education, vacancy rates, housing types, and poverty levels.
